This morning
I took a shower
as you
toddled around the bathroom
strewing towels and tampons and toilet paper
on the floor
as I
shampooed and shaved
in the
warm water
you tapped on the glass
with your palm

I wiped away water droplets
placing
my larger hand
up to
your smaller hand

That is beautiful writing, you really have a lot of talent being able to capture those precious moments so well!
I couldn't believe it today when you were here for Barb's baby shower how your little girl is walking... it seems just like it was yesterday that she was this tiny little baby.
