The Oracle

I have come to a conclusion. Google is no good.

I mean, it does not do anything to help with my present needs.

It seems that by this age and time we should have found a technological solution to most every problem. Including my need to access more information.

Yes, I know, that is supposed to be the point of Google and all other such search engines: immediate access to all the information in the world. Anything you could possibly ever want to know, right at your finger tips, right now.

Especially in the age of smart phones and other devices offering nearly constant connection to all that is available on-line, it would seem that one would never be at a loss for information.

But, so often lately, I find myself a bit despondent, staring at an empty screen, wondering how I could possibly phase my query so that I could generate the desired result.

But, no matter how I try, Google is no good.

The problem is I need REAL information. Not what is already known. I want to know the unknown.

See, I am not looking for a collection of facts, or data. I want some accurate assessment of the future.

I do believe that there would be a VERY good market for such a technology. I am certain that I am not the only person who has longingly opined the fact that my i-pad does not have an oracle app.

Just think about the possibilities... and then tell me, don't you wish you could just "google" this type of information too?
